About Dr. RJP Consulting

Who we are
Dr. RJP Consulting is a unique, virtual consulting company that brings together some of the best and brightest minds from around the world to tackle the challenging research, evaluation and training problems that businesses and agencies face. Dr. RJP Consulting maintains a collaborative network of other consulting companies and highly-skilled professionals within our seven service areas. Depending upon the nature of the project, Dr. RJP Consulting will then assemble the human and material resources required to meet the specific needs of the client.

Ronald J. Polland, Ph.D.

Dr Ron Polland is the Founder and President of Dr. RJP Consulting. For more than 25 years, Dr. Polland has been assisting businesses, private agencies and government institutions in meeting their research and design needs. Dr. Polland has a BA degree in Psychology, an MS in Educational Research and a Ph.D in Instructional Systems.

Dr. Polland's long professional career includes work as a program director, research director, psychologist, business consultant, health care consultant and program evaluator.
